Processing Time

All overgarments are made to order and require 2-4 weeks for processing before they are shipped. This timeframe allows us to ensure the highest quality for each piece.

Shipping Time & Rates

Once your order has been processed, shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Domestic Shipping: 3 - 7 days 

• International Shipping: 7-15 Days

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet the estimated processing and shipping times, delays may occur due to high order volume, supplier shortages, or external shipping carrier delays. If your order is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, we will notify you via email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
